Will anything be shipped to me? No. Everything is a digital download. Nothing arrives in the mail, and frames aren't included.

How do I get my files? Right after checkout, a download link appears on your order confirmation page and arrives by email within a minute or two. Check spam or Promotions if you don't see it. The link works up to 5 times, so save the files to your computer or phone.

Which file do I print? Each download includes a Print Guide. In short: the 2x3 file prints 4x6 up to 24x36, the 3x4 file prints up to 18x24, the 4x5 file prints 8x10 and 16x20, and the ISO file covers A5 through A1. There are also exact 11x14 and 5x7 files.

Can I print at home? Yes. Use the PDF, set the scale to 100% or "Actual size", and print on matte cardstock. If you're low on black ink, print the Parchment version.

Where else can I print? Any photo counter or copy shop, such as Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Staples or FedEx Office, or an online poster printer. Photo counters want the JPG. Copy shops take the PDF. Ask for a matte finish with no cropping.

Why does my print look different from my screen? Screens glow and paper doesn't, and every printer handles black ink a little differently. Matte paper gives the deepest, most even black.

Can I get a refund? Because files can't be returned, sales are final. If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what the listing described, email us within 14 days and we'll send a fix or refund you in full.
